Holistic Healthcare Leeds Franchise Update

In April 2023, Holistic Healthcare Leeds was successfully awarded by the CQC their license to operate and start providing care to the Leeds community.

5 months later, they have accumulated at least 1,200 hours of care delivered to their service users and are now working with 8 Senior Carers in their roster.

They have also just recently been accepted to their local council framework and are now therefore able to accept more care packages from council contracts. Talk about progress!

We have completed a total of 4 visits to Leeds to make sure we provide them the support and guidance they need. They also recently visited our headquarters on last 27 and 28 of September to get more training and be more familiar with using their Care Plan Management System, doing risk assessments, care assessments, supervision, etc.

We have provided them support with the recruitment of their 5 new carers who arrived in the UK last month to boost their capacity and enable them to get more hours.

We are certainly proud of their progress!
